From the time you initiate a return/exchange and the package is picked up, it can take up to 14 business days for the item to reach our warehouse, pass QC, and for the refund or exchange to be processed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on innerwear, socks, accessories, and custom or personalized orders for hygiene reasons.
